have you filled in the article with content and is the article selected in Phoca Cart?

I am sorry, I don't know where to disable SEO friendly. Please let me know where I can disable it.
The article is filled (it is actually an article already published on the website which I am using as a test for the Terms and Conditions) and selected in Phoca Cart (see screenshot below).

Problem is with bootstrap CSS on class .modal (loaded version 3.3.7 from ../media/com_phocacart/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css?), In css is position:fixed;...display:none) on BODY in modal window. Change bootstrap or make css override ( enough for class combination modal outline-_body_only) for this values
