Hi, title and description, you can add to header:

The same with namespace.

So I would check the example XML and would add all the necessary tags to header. Then I would export the XML, save it with .xml and with the name set in Google Merchant Center.

And then I would ask again, what is wrong there when all the rules are met:

- right header
- .xml
- right xml name (xml file name = name set in GMC)

:idea:

When this will be OK then, then we will be 100% sure, we should implement the .xml for the URL (but of course the logic says, there really don't know, because if the XML feed is read by them and only some part have problems, the recommendation to have .xml as suffix looks like non-sense :idea: )

Hi Jan

I agree and can only apologise for what must seem a waste of time.

The feed appears correct to me too.

No fault with Phoca Cart or plugin that I can see. Also other users appear to have no issues so mist be some tiny detail I have missed.

I really don't understand why they just don't tell you exactly where the error occures (it looks like they only answer some answer to get paid but not to really help :-( )

Yes, this is my thinking too. Also, the instructions are not consistent on GMC's own site

:(

But, I consider this closed as a matter of support from you Jan. You've done everything to help and other users are ok, so I do not think my continued posts are going to be of value to anyone.

Hi Angelo,

I thank you for your offer. In fact, I shall get back to you on this subject, if that is ok?

Right now my own website is under reconstruction so, it will take me a few more days to finish and upload.

The XML feed for me seemed to be a problem, but I do not think it is Phoca Cart. So, it would be interesting to copy your set up and see if it works for me also :)

I shall return on Friday (21st) and catch up again then.
