Yes, Paypal said that the push from Paypal only fires once. Which, from the website logs is true. I just had another transaction from Sweden that sent 11 emails in a row. One transaction, one payment, 11 emails all the same.

In Phoca Cart, the emails are sent by changing of the status, so if such emails are sent from Phoca Cart, then the status needs to be changed 11x. So the question is if the status was changed 11x (there is history for this)?

Hi, try to enable debug mode and try to see if there are requests from PayPal website, if yes, then this is much more a question on PayPal developers
