Hi,
please go to: Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Styles
and post which Phoca Gallery .css files are published there and which are not.

Hi,
1) To the screenshot: That's ok. The default.css file should be unpublished because it is normally empty.
2) Now it is important to know whether the three remaining .css files are also loaded.
To do this, please go to your Phoca Gallery categories view and post the head section of the source code of this page.
3) Since I don't know which frontend template you are using, please switch to the Joomla! standard template Cassiopeia for testing and check if the categories view improves with it.
