it could be that the user trying to delete the files is not the owner of the files. I had the same issue today. If the user logging in doesn't match the user that owns the files then you will not see the delete button for those items under that login. Jan I recommend adding a global button that allows a Power User to set all the owner values at once. I had to go into each file and set the owner on them and I had over 40 files! LOL
