Blank line in code probably causes margin above images

I have been having this problem too and traced it to a UTF-8 BOM in mod_phocagallery_image.php

Most text editors do not show you the BOM sequence, but this would explain why some people have been able to fix this by copying and pasting the visible text to a new file.

Some browsers render the BOM as a line break.
