So I deleted the two table used by your component. After deinstalling and reinstall I was able to open the gallery menue again. I tryied a singe image upload and it turned out that a click on image opend a darck frame without images. It showed "can't display page"

So I tryed multible upload again and once again destroyed the component. I can open the gallery menue any more. IE gives 500 error.

I checked the content in the image directory a thumb subdir was created but only with a index.html in it no thumbs. Icheckt the content it is empy exept a collor setting.

So it means the GD didn't create thumbs... Check your GD please...

- you can use other program using GD
- and take a look at Help - System info in the administration

After the rebuild of my joomla/PhocaGallery I recreated all the Gallery links. However I now have the blank screen again in the PhocaGallery>Gallery. It happened when I tried to link a folder that had a movie clip in it. It seems from this and from other comments that we have to be careful about the images PhocaGallery uses... When i take photos on my camera, i sometimes take a video too....and i think we must tell people not to use video with PhocaGallery.

Is there something about incorrect image files that could make the PhocaGallery>Gallery stop working?

Great, now we know where is the problem...

The problem is, there should be a check if the file is jpg, png or gif, I take a look at it... maybe the protection is missed...
