Gift Voucher problems

lpatrick OMG it was in front of my eyes all the time. I could swear that, in the first time, I set Gift Type.
Gift Type is MANDATORY attribute.
Thank you for your effort and patience.

One more thing. How to remove that Gift prefix and Type: 0 from order summary? It looks little ugly.

Solved it by creating template overrides and deleting
