Are you able to see errorLog on your server, to see if some error is not preventing from downloading the file

Hi Jan ... I found this error log. Does it make any sense to you?

No, these errors should not be related Phoca Download errors. But I see some SEF problem. What about SEF, (not sure if I not asked) but does it work when SEF id disabled.

I disabled the SEF Plugin with the same error. Here is the download link.
