I am testing now on two test servers without any such problem, so for me really hard to say from where the problem comes, until I cannot replicate such problem on test servers

Did you look at the source code, is the bootstrap loaded more times (possible conflict problem)?
I am testing now on two test servers without any such problem, so for me really hard to say from where the problem comes, until I cannot replicate such problem on test servers
