I have with all templates of shade5 the same problem. A quote of shape5 " Script Conflictions?

Hi Folks,
Hi Folks,
im discovering the following problem with the modal box right now.
I've just made the modal box work, but.
1: The area besides the modal box should be grey/transparent! But it isn't!
2: The Modal Box is not working in IE 7, in IE 6 a bit but without the grey/transparent background.
3: I'm working with the IE PNG Hack, and if i open the gallery page,
the fix doesn't work anymore?!!?
What <styles> <links> should load??
I tried loads of tips in this forum but i'm going mental right now;)

3: ??? doesn't work anymore if you speak about images in the gallery, then your GD library made from transparent images non transparent images..

Thanks for the quick
Thanks for the quick response.
1: The modal popup is working properly in the backend(IE7, FF). The background becomes darker, and the, for example, phoca gallery settings comes up. But in the frontend, there is only the main window with the picture and the controls in it. No semi transparent background.
PNG Fix: Im using transparent png images as backgrounds and the IE6 does not support the transparency in that images. So you need a certain IE6 png hack.
Thats not a gallery issue. But if i load the gallery on my page, the fix function for the png's disappears.

1: try to change the template (only for the test)
2: Phoca Gallery call the Joomla! framework's modal box, see if there is not a conflict (change the template, disable the png fix, ... for testing it)

1: Yes, its my template. The gallery works with rhuk_milkyway perfect.
I'm very scared right now. What i'm supposed to do?
Does the rhuk_milkyway template work with a certain css file for the modal box?
2: I'm not worried about that fix, cause i can load it external anyway .

I totally agree. But i did my own template. And thats the point!
It works with every stantard tempalte delivered with Joomla but with mine. My question was: Do i have to take care of any special css tags?
I can post my code if you like?
