No editor and cannot insert image

I cannot use any editor, TinyMCE or JCE editor it does not display. When I try and insert an image into the header of a PDF it does nothing!
Any ideas?

UPDATE
Well I now have the editor working, I updated JCE to the latest version. However, I have now inserted an image, and made sure the link to the image is the full url including
http://www etc but nothing now display on the PDF!
Whats going on?

Hi, is displaying of images enabled in the Plugin, can the tcpdf reach (no problems with permissions) the image?

Well I do not know what happened, left my machine for 1 hour came back and now its putting the image in, so problem solved!
