Hi, sorry I don't understand

I can output to the PDF the header, some body text and the footer with no problem but cannot successfully output the database data.

What do you mean, with not successfully output of database data?

I just downloaded the Phoca. I would like to make a contract with online users. My webpage requests the contractor personal data ( name, address, etc.) and after that all personal data will be included into the contract.

I would like to generate pdf file by Phoca which contains the contract with contractor's personal data.

How can I do it with Phoca?

Hi, Phoca PDF create PDF from the content, so if your contract will be saved as article, then it can be displayed with help of Phoca PDF content plugin, if this will be output of some other component, this needs to be customized in Phoca PDF (new plugin must be done ).
