Change icon ORIGIN position

How can i change the origin of the icons positions?? is it possible??

Imagine that i have an icon with 200px width and 200px height.
How can i say that the icon origin should be the bottom right corner?

I want to reproduce something like this: http://www.inglorie.nl/contact.php
So that icon was a CSS taht sais left: - 145px and top: -100px.

Hi, you can set it in external icons in edit mode.
