Phoca Email and Phoca PDF

I need to know if Phoca Email plugin is available for everybody?

I need to send out invoices thru the Phoca PDF automaticly when the customers order something. Does the Phoca Email plugin function work like that?

Important to know, because I want to save time. If this does not work like this, I have to chose other options. So pls respond. Phoca seems like a fantastic solution.

If customer order something, nothing is send except standard VM confirmation (delivery) email. Sending e.g. pdf invoice or receipt was not added, becasue:

- creating delivery, creating pdf and sending email - all in one can take a lot of memory
- sending invoice or receipt should be done, after vendor will check the order

You can customize the VM, so the PDF document (Invoice, Delivery Note, Receipt) sends the email with created delivery and then receipt or invoice after changing status - e.g. from pending to confirmed - see:

Hy!

I installed the pdf invoice maker what you wrote. But i not found the Phoca PDF VirtueMart Email plugin. Where can i download? (What i did: install Phoca PDF component after Phoca PDF VirtueMart plugin and enabled it, after Install Phoca Install, and the end install Phoca Email Component but i not found the Phoca PDF VirtueMart Email plugin)

I have joomla 1.5.22 and vm 1.1.7. i setup everything what you wrote the installation guide, but de email icon not showed.
