Can't installl phoca

I have a problem with the installation PHOCA GALLERY

When in EXTENSION MANAGER, I upload the package file PHOCA 1.8.6 beta, joomla send this information:

Warning! - Failed to move file
What's the problem?? folder permissions??

Hi!!
Now the folder /tmp is 777 and the error is:

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Component Install: Failed to create directory

What's the problem with this?

e.g. the
componenents folder,
or the components/com_phocagallery ....

so try to set the all folders for 777 but before try to enable the FTP layer (it is better to not changing the 755,775 to 777)...
with FTP layer (Global configuration) you shouldn't have any problems...
