Adding Phocagallery to an article

I'm trying to add phocagallery to an existing article, and tried to use
{phocagallery view=category}
and the code shows up on the page, instead of displaying the chosen gallery. From what I've read this is what should be used, but its not working.
Any thoughts?

Hi,
if you want to display a Phoca Gallery Category in an article, you have to install and enable the Phoca Gallery Plugin and to create valid code it`s very helpful to install and enable the Phoca Gallery Button Plugin too.

BUT, now there is a new issue that has come up (of course). There is a flash animation at the header of this page, and now it won't load, and instead says
'Flash Failed to Load.'
anyone have this problem before? Thanks for any help anyone can give.
