Hi,
I have just spent 3 days trying to install CiviCrm for an existing customer and after many tears, it finally came down to disabling Phoca PDF Content plugin. This is posted to save other people the pain of this. I will have to see what the customer now wants to use. The only symptom was a totally blank screen when trying to use CiviCRM from the administrator.

Re: Incompatibility with Civicrm
Hi, I don't know the civicrm, but did you install the latest Phoca PDF content plugin, which is not active in administration (so cannot affect any extension in admin)
Try to download it and install again.

Re: Incompatibility with Civicrm
Downloaded and reinstalled as suggested and what do you know - it all looked good. This is one of the issues when dealing with someone elses live site - one never knows if they had a bad install and also the status on the control panel looked ok. So all's well that end's well. Thanks. I guess I was so fed up trying to fins the problem that I did not finish the last bit which was to try and get it all running again.
