Problems with Cooliris3dwall

Someone uses the Phoca Gallery with cooliris3dwall?
I set everything right, but no picture on my website ...
It is just a screen with no information of Cooliris!
Help me please

Did you see this?
Normally, Adobe Flash will prevent the wall from loading the RSS feed from your website. To allow the application to load your feed, you will need to place a crossdomain.xml file at the root of your website (You will find this file in Phoca Gallery installation ZIP package: ZIP Package/other/cooliris/crossdomain.xml)

I've done it all, and still did not work ...
The screen is showing coliiris only, no image!
I have already put the file in the server, already activated the configuration picleans Phoca ... and nothing worked

Hi,
To use it you need to install a PicLens extension on your browser, you can download on Cooliris site.
???

Then all the people who need to see the gallery, you will need to install this application?
