How to link to a marker in map?

We have a map with six markers, our six offices. Is it possbile to make a link for every office to the map with a default opened marker. For example: open marker Amsterdam as default with a special link (parameter: marker=1 
) and with another link: open marker Rotterdam as default.
It would be great if this is possible!
The same would be nice for setting the default destination for route navigation.
