Article Title missing in pdf output

Hi,
PDF is working, it is showing Category name, then horizontal line, underneath I would have expected the Article title. There is quite some empty space above the article, but not showing the title. Using Joomla 1.6 and com_phocapdf_v2.0.0_rc and plg_phocapdf_content_v2.0.1
Any ideas?

I think the codes like phocapdftitle between brackets is not working, although the editor works. If I put in text it shows up nicelyy.
The only information shown by default is the category name and not the title of the article. could this be a specific 1.6 issue?

Hi Jan,
I think I know why it is not working, but how to solve it is another question. All articles with a article menu-link work fine, but if I display a category blog of articles and print pdf one of those articles, it doesn't show the article title.

Hmm, no idea why one of the article does not display it.
