Pop up window isn't sized right

I just started using Phoca and it's really a great component. In fact, it has so many options, it's almost overwhelming. I'm looking forward to diving in

Question:
I created a module to display on my homepage. The thumbnail appears just fine, but when I click to open the pop up window, the window isn't wide enough to display the whole image or all of the commands such as skip to next picture. (See top pic below)

I can drag the window to expand it (see bottom pic below) , but once I close it and reopen it, it's the wrong size again.

I'm hoping this is a simple fix.

Hi,
change the Front Detail Window Width & Height to the size you need.
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Front Detail Window Width=as you need
Front Detail Window Height=as you need
Save your settings!

Now that I know the way to change the size of the pop up window, is there a way to change the size of the image and the Phoca commands (start slideshow, next image, etc)? I'd prefer the pop up take up a smaller percentage of the whole screen

Yes, you can resize the large thumbnails.
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Large Image Width=as you need
Large Image Height=as you need
Save you settings!
But to resize the large thumbs you have to delete the wrong sized and create them with the new settings again.

I think yes, but I never did this, so I have no experience with this.

Detail Window Width=(enlarge this value)
Detail Window Height=(seems to be ok?!)
