[Feature Request] Category permission => access level

Hello!
At first: thanks for your great work!
I have a feature request for the permissions in categories (by the way, this is the same in Phoca Download).
In Joomla 1.6 we have access levels; they would be great (and should be the only way) for setting permissions in categories:

• Access Rights
• Upload Rights
• Delete Rights

I am creating a site with thousands of users and already created an access level called "Uploader". But selecting individual users in the provided, tiny list is really time consuming, even when you have little more than 20 users registered.
