Plugin doesn't show any image, only white thumbs

I've a problem with the gallery plugin. It doesn't show any image, only white thumbs.

try to create a menu item "Phoca Gallery Categories Layout" for testing.

Yes I see, but this not what I mean. You created a menu link "Phoca Gallery Category Layout"
You should creat a menu item "Phoca Gallery Categories Layout" to get valid item ID´s for the Plugin. If you don't like it you can hide it.

Now I have a categories layout, a category layout (not necesary I know), but in this article the plugin still doesn't work.

which Phoca Gallery Plugin code do you use?
Do you use a content creation extension called FLEXIcontent ?

I don't use any creation extension. For editting, I use JCE.

By now, it works
But I still don't no what went wrong...

I only changed some popup and thumbnail settings from joomlart (plugins). I thought this had no connection with phoca, but it seems that it solved my phoca-problems too.
