Why Phoca Rhein template in IE 8.0 looks diffrent than FF 3.6.16 or Chrome 8.0.552.215.
In IE the background is not displays and shadows not appear.
How to fix this?
Ps. The same is with Phoca|t

because IE is not standard browser and does not have features like other standard browsers have (CSS3 mostly)

In fact this is a question on IE developers why they don't support CSS3 (I think IE9 will fix it).
