Phoca Gallery 3.0.0 RC4

I downloaded the following:
com_phocagallery_v3.0.0_rc4.zip
plg_editors-xtd_phocagallery_v2.7.1.zip
plg_content_phocagallery_slideshow_v2.7.1.zip
plg_content_phocagallery_3.0.1.zip

I inserted the following in my content but the gallery is not showing. What am I missing please?
{pgslideshow id=3|width=100|height=100|delay=3000|image=M}

Nevermind I tried this instead...

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=2|
imageid=0|limitstart=0|limitcount=2|
fontcolor=#B88A00|bgcolor=#FFBF00|bgcolorhover=#BFFF00|imagebgcolor=#FFD24D|
bordercolor=#B88A00|bordercolorhover=#86B300|
detail=1|displayname=1|displaydetail=1|displaydownload=1|float=right}

Is there a way to set the height and width for this gallery? I don't see it in the documentation.

You missed to see, that plg_content phoca gallery slideshow v2.7.1.zip is a joomla v1.5 Plugin.
This can not work with joomla v1.6 and Phoca Gallery 3.0.0 RC4
Also plg_editors-xtd_phocagallery_v2.7.1.zip is a joomla v1.5 Plugin.

For 1.5 how would I set the height and width ?
