problem after upgrade

Hi,
I'm used phoca pdf1.06 and today i'm upgraded to newest 1.09
on question install or upgade i choose upgrade, and instalation finished with error "cant copy"
after this upgrade phoca dont work anymore, serwer error http 500!
so i try to uninstall, install reinstall few times and now i have message "Plugin is disabled in Plugin Manager" but plugin is enabled in plugin manager.
i dont know what to do now, please help /
