Problem with Menu in Phoca Rhein ie9

Hello
First of all, thank you for the nice design of joomla 1.6 Phoca Rhein.
We use this template by our website but now, we have some problems by using ie9.
The menu position is in center and the content under the menu position.
corect would be left the menu and right the content.

is there any possibility to fix this by an easy way.

Hi, this seems more like some problem with HTML not valid then the template problem, do you get the same problem here:

Testing now with IE9 and seems it is Ok

Hi, on your site, the </h1> tag is missing but if I look at the source of Phoca Rhein, the </h1> is there?

Did you do some changes in the template?
