Rights Problem

I was using Phoca Gallery for some time on one of my private projects, and it works really great.
However, I did some design changes lately and possibly I changed anything that influenced the Phoca Gallery and I can't get it to work as I want, anymore.

The Problem is, whenever someone who is *not* logged in to website tries to click on any image in the Gallery Random Module or any image that is included in an article using the Phoca Plugin, he/she gets an error, that he is not logged in.
Strangely, clicking on an image directly in the phoca gallery component the picture comes up, but there is a message above that he must log-in, too.

Rights Management is set correctly to what I can see. All albums are publicly viewable.

I also tried to update to the latest Phoca version, but this didn't solve the problem.

The website I'm talking about is http://www.ueberraschungsei.com
You can try for yourself, I wonder what the problem is? It's probably my fault, but I can't find out, what I did wrong.

Hi, there must be somewhere some information, the the gallery is not public, try to re-save all categories, the params should be overwritten, maybe this will help...

I've backupped the Phoca Tables in my SQL Database and erased them, uninstalled Phoca and reinstalled it, but still the same problem. I guess it's a problem with any other component/plugin then? I just can't find what is causing the problem.
