Phoca Font on Explorer

Hello, I'm on a Joomla 1.5.23 site,
I created a package with traveling typewriter ttf font (http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/Traveli ... writer.htm). It works well on Firefox, Safari and Chrome, not on Explorer. If I use .otf file it doesn't work on any browser. There is some issue with specific fonts?
At little size (for text, not title) It looks great on Mac, is there a way to get an anti-alias effect to get a better readability on windows?
