when you clicked on the main forumboard (board index), you can see a link called 'phoca gallery user manual'. It is below the link to this forum.
Hmm... in the document 'Creating categories and subcategories' it says nothing about how to create...
Well it's easy:
You go to components - phocagallery - categories. Then you choose the button new. You fill in the stuff , et voila, you have a category. (it's like adding images)
