Since there was no explanation in the other thread on how the original poster solved the problem, and I didn't see the point in bumping a thread marked as "Solved", I decided to start a new one.

Could someone explain to me how to duplicate a menu in the Restaurant Menu component?

Jan was able to help me with this.

Creating multiple lists in the "Bill of Fare" was all I really needed to do. That way you can have more menus to choose from, which was what I wanted.
