Hi

I have installed the VirtueMart Invoice, Delivery Note and Receipt Addon (VM IDnR Addon)

I have followed all the steps as described at https://www.phoca.cz/documents/18-virtue ... eipt-addon

I have installed all the plugins and components - and have made all the changes to the php files.

The problem that I have is that the mailto button does not show up in the delivery. I will show 2 pictures. One of the delivery page and the other of my plugin page to prove that all the plugins is there.

I have Installed:
1. Install Phoca PDF component
2. Phoca PDF Content plugin).
2. Phoca PDF VirtueMart plugin
3. Phoca Install
4. Phoca PDF VirtueMart Email plugin
