Is there any way I will be able to add new icon or maybe a link where the arrow is?? I want to put a link to a different site but only on some images not all. Is this possible???

via php/html everything is possible...

... the link you can add in:
components/com_phocagallery/view/category/tmpl/default.php

But you must set some if clause, where the link should be added and where not

Sounds like that might be out of my league right now. I might try to figure something else out. Can you add more than one phoca galleries? Say I have the main link on the side that opens up the gallery folders. Can i have multiple main likes to different galleries with sub galleries in them?? I know anything is possible with php, but is this a feature in phoca?? I will supply pic with what I mean if ya want. Thanks for the help

- you can add link to all categories or
- you can add link to specifed category ....
