can't manage to translate the component

i installed latest version of phocamaps, and downloaded the french translation which i put into the fr-FR directory in my language folder, but the "get route", "from address", ... don't translate,...
i tried about everything but can't manage to get it translated, created a plugin translation file, tried with or without _ , ... but it won't translate...
any idea how to do that?

Hi, do you use the latest version, it is tested there and confirmed that the language translating works, check if the french translation is up-to-date.

i checked and i do use the last version of phocamaps component... so where can i translate the text i need? still can't find..

did put it in the language folder, not in admin/language... it now works...
