Putting a disclaimer in the gallery

I want to put a disclaimer either over or under the medium sized pics like:

If you see your picture here and wish it be removed, just send us an e-mail at :...

Can't seem to find a place to put that, I would like it to be everywhere inside the gallery component, something that looks like this attached file:

Hi,

if you only display per category you can set the text for each category as category-description.

Otherwise you have to hack the PHP (but I don't know where)

You easily have to hack the

\com_phocagallery\views\category\tmpl\default.php
If you'll hack this, you'll get the disclaimer at the CATEGORY View!

you can also hack this file that you get the disclaimer at the CATEGORIES View!
