Editing Map - getting a message

I'm using Phoca Maps 1.1.0 on Joomla 1.5.23 and everything is working beautifully. My problem is that I went to edit a Map today and I received a response that the map was "being edited by another administrator". I have verified that no one else is accessing it but I don't know if this is a Phoca software response or a Joomla response. I need the map to be released so I can edit it. Can anyone help or direct me to how to get this file "released" for use?

Thank you! Yes, it was, I had to do a Global Checkin to release the Phoca Map!
