Crawl errors - 404 (Not found)

Hi Phoca Family,
I have problems with Crawl errors - 404 (Not found) from Google Crawl. Each day I get 20 to 30 urls not found; error 404. I tried to meu link to component and disallow some on robots.txt file. The following is few examples url not found, error 404
http://www.phuongvyhanghieu.net/
URLs NOT FOUND, error 404

I really appreciate any help. I am willing to make donation if the problems solved
