I can not upload files from the manager ... I get this and do not know how to remove it to show me the "Browse"

Jan .. thank you very much ... I already solved the problem ... what happened was that active ... in settings I check the "Enable Flash File Uploader" and this created the problem but me, and put it back to "no" and all was working well .... thanks,

Jan... muchas gracias... yo ya solucione el problema... lo que sucedio fue que active... en configuracion yo active la casilla de "Activar cargador de archivos Flash" y esto me genero el problema pero, ya lo volvi a poner en "no" y todo volvi a funciona bien.... gracias
