Hi,

I am researching if I can upgrade to Joomla 1.7. I downloaded and installed Phoca Download. I also downloaded, installed and activated the Phoca Download Plugin for linking from articles to downloads.

But when using the reference in an article, the phoca code is shown instead of the plugin. You can see me site here:

Is the Phoca Download Plugin yet not compatible? Or do I miss something?

I don't understand why the phoca code:
{phocadownload view=file|id=5}

Is just displayed and not replaced with a link to the download file. I must miss something or it is a 1.7 problem?

I've got the same problem. I see on your site that it is now working, what did you do to fix it?

i had the same problem. Please make sure, you installed the latest version of the plugin for Joomla 1.7! I accidentely installed the wrong version....

Hi, if the code is displayed instead of running it, then there can be two possible problems:

- the plugin is not installed (e.g. another plugin is installed like Phoca Download Button Plugin ... Phoca Download Plugin must be installed)
- the plugin is not enabled.
