FATAL ERROR: Cannot redeclare...

Hi all and many thanks in advance for your support...
I'm using Jooma 1,7 and the last release of Phoca Download and Tree module.
I'm working on a project that must discriminate every user from accessing resources to download so I have set two different phoca download tree modules, one for each user with different category permitted and so on.
My issue is that if I login into my site with administrator credential i have the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare categoryTree() (previously declared in /home/xxxxxx/domains/stscialdone.gecow.it/public_html/modules/mod_phocadownload_tree/mod_phocadownload_tree.php:114) in /home/xxxxxx/domains/stscialdone.gecow.it/public_html/modules/mod_phocadownload_tree/mod_phocadownload_tree.php on line 124

As you can see the domain is stscialdone.gecow.it but the download module is reserved to some registered users, over that the issue is limited to admin user.
Can you please give me any advice how to solve this issue? Which other informations could I give you to try to help me? What am I missing?
I really hope you can help me...
Have a nice day,
Davide.

Maybe I have understood...
I had created two different modules, one reserved to admin account with a different style ad informations, another one reserved to registered users. mmmm.... what I think is that I can not keep two phoca download tree modules together.
Is that correct?
I have disabled one of two modules and the fatal error is disappeared...

Hi, yes, the module in one instance module, can be displayed only on on the site.
