Switch (Swap) Image step by step or tutorial

Im trying to install and use Switch (Swap) Image plugin on a joomla site, can anyone point me to a step by step guide? I have looked but cant seem to find it.
Hi, just install Phoca Gallery Plugin like other standard Joomla! plugins into your Joomla! and set it in parameters (displaying switch/swap feature):
