It was necessary to manually run the scripting to create the tables and jos_phocadownload_tags jos_phocadownload_tags_ref. Was breaking the code when running not find these tables.

Foi necessário executar manualmente os scritps que criam as tabelas jos_phocadownload_tags e jos_phocadownload_tags_ref. Estava quebrando o código quando executava o não encontrava essas tabelas.
