Hello,

The entry fields in for example the wine list allow for a second price to be entered, but once entered it does not show on the front end, for example on the following page two prices have been entered http://www.bes-dev11.info/chelsea/wine-list/champagne

Could not find anything in documentation.

Could you please help: what is the second price for? If it is for example on quantities, as above, how to get it to show?

Hi, did you set in parameters that the second price should be displayed?

Hi, you can set it in group - below - set if second price will be displayed.

Hello Jan I am needing help with this also but cannot find these settings for a second price option.

My client sells sandwiches in 2 sizes 6" & 12" (prices vary) and I do not understand how to get this to work for them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello S-Comb,
You must find the Group level. For example if you open Daily Menu you have a list of items that are at Group level, if you open Bill of Fare you are at List level, open one of the names on the list level and you are at Group level. Click on the name of the Group and you have Title, List, Ordering, Group Description, scroll down, under Advance Settings you will find Display second price drop down Yes/No.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply ghrb. Unfortunately it will not work for me but it did help me to determine why.

It appears that the "advanced settings" are only available in the newest version of Phoca Menu and that version is not compatible with my clients Joomla 1.5 site. They have too many customizations that are not compatible with v1.7 so I will have to find another way to present their menu.
