Link color, article atributes and pdf link on article

Hi,

thanks for the great and useful component. But I have a few problems with the component.

The biggest problem is that the plugin only works in the blog view. When I click on the pdf button in an article view the plugin don't work and the pdf will be created by the system of Joomla! 1.5.

The second problem is that the color of the links in the pdf are blue and I can't find a way to change this, so
they have the color I use in the template.

The third problem ist that I don't know how to separately fill in the name of the creator.

Hi, the color is taken automatically by PDF features, so I think, this cannot be changed.

Testing in article view, without any problem so cannot say what can be wrong there
