Single file upload not creating file

Hi,
From the admin section, when I select Files > New > Select Filename > Upload file > Start Upload, the file is uploaded (I can see it), but when I select the file, nothing happens. The same thing happens if I try to select a file that is already uploaded.

However, if I select Files > Multiple Add > Upload and/or select file > Save & Close, it works.

Is this a known error? Some sort of configuration?

No such problem here using the same versions! Maybe this is an incompatibility with another extension?
For example if I use the CodeMirror editor I cannot save options where a textfield is present because of javascript errors.
Something similar could causing your problem.
