Backend upload works fine, but frontend does not. I get this error:

Reinstalled Joomla but no luck.

Do you have re-installed PD also?

Yes, just done it again. uninstalled phocadownload and reinstalled it completely.

No luck... BUT, just installed it on another development site, on the same server, and that DOES work?
