Hi!
Im running joomla 2.5 and im trying to display a slideshow using phoca gallery component and phoca gallery nivo. The module takes up space on my page but is blank and the images wont load at all.
I have followed the steps at http://tinyurl.com/6vqm8ql
but im not sure about the step "Go to Options of Phoca Gallery component and set size for large thumbnails and click on Save."
Where can i find that setting?
I have tried to set the images sizes in the gallery component under: options - main - images and detal window size settings
Is there anything else i need to do that is not specified in the guide?

Did you set the size for large thumbnails in Phoca Gallery Options - https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... parameters and then recreated thumbnails for the selected category.

Can you please help me ?? I have problem with slideshow too ... I have Skylab theme, and I do all as in FAQ http://www.linelab.org/templates-faq/98 ... -slideshow but I did vad I mean Slideshow doesn´t show

prosím mohl by jsi mi pomoci se slideshow ?? já nevím proč ale prostě mi nechce fungovat snažím se jí zprovoznit už 2 dny ale stále mi nefunguje ... dělám všechno podle FAQ http://www.linelab.org/templates-faq/98 ... -slideshow ale postě ne na ne fungovat někde prostě dělám nějakou chybu ... ideálně kdyby si mi prosím pomohl přes team viewer ... (jedu zatím jen na localhostu takže přístupový údaje by byly k ničemu) a hlavně bych chtěl zjístit kde tu chybu dělám ... Vím že tě tím otravuju ale už si opravdu nevím rady a myslím že team viewer by byl asi nejlepší řešení než se úplně rozepisovat co jsem kde udělal atd stejně by to asi tak nepomohlo ... pak by jsme sem napsali řešení co mi pomohlo ... kdyžtak se mi prosím ozvi na skype "ulba2005" Díky moc předem

I think third point in tutorial is very badly explained (3 Go to Options of Phoca Gallery component and set size for large thumbnails, e.g. 970 (width in px) x 230 (height in px), and click on Save)

I still can not figure it out, how to make nivo slide gallery works. Anyway it must not be so hard, phoca is great I hope we get over it. Please Jan help us to make it work.

Hi, what exactly you don't understand in this sentence:

This problem is specific with Free skylab template, I dont think it exist with other templates.

Luckily I found a solution: There is a info.txt in ur templates/skylab folder which has instructions to display slideshow, but I had to change position to slide, not position-12 as it says in the instruction (Also remember to make a nivoslideshow module with position-12).

Also if there are some bugs with slideshow (multiple images displaying at once) you can fix this by modifying javascript code from template masterfile(it was quite easy). Now Im having problem with descriptions, but Ill make another thread about it.
