Very Bad experience. Doesn't work with Android and Apple

I thought it was an update problem but after upgrading to version 2.1.5
It's still not possibile to download files from Tablet Apple or Android devices.
Too bad.
With Android, the message is:
"Redirect error"
Apple no error, but the download link doesn't work
