No email Upload and Download

Hello,
I have Joomla 2.5.3 and 1.3.9 PhocaDownload.
I set Phoca Dowload:
PHOCADOWNLOAD_EMAIL_SETTINGS LABEL
- PHOCADOWNLOAD_SEND_EMAIL_DOWNLOAD : Administrator
- PHOCADOWNLOAD_SEND_EMAIL_UPLOAD : Administrator

I am not receiving mail message when I dowload or upload a file.
Can you help me?

When I send a mail message with Joomla, everything is correct. I receive a warning message.

Hi, did you set it in parameters component in menu link to user upload?
